Giulia Cantini Cortellezzi founded, together with her partners Umberto Oliva and Marco Bona, the Law firm MB.O Bona Oliva and Associates in 2011.
In her professional activity, Giulia has always been involved in labour law.
Giulia is an experienced trial advocate, representing claimants and defendants in cases involving worker rights protection with particular regard to discrimination acts.
She also offers her counsels to employers in the daily management of work rapports, focusing on the drafting of contracts, disciplinary proceedings and relationship with trade unions.
In 2013-2014 Giulia attended the AGI specialization course in Labour Law and Social Welfare, receiving her diploma in February 2015.
She actively takes part in associations of labour lawyers such as Agi – Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani and “Centro Studio di Diritto del Lavoro Domenico Napoletano”.
She has also been a speaker at conventions and conferences, reporting about various labour law issues. She wrote about employees mandatory loyalty participating in the draft of the book “La tutela del know-how”, published by Giuffrè Editore.
She has been registered at the Bar of Turin since 2007.
