Umberto Oliva began his career in 1991 at the Raffone Law Firm, specialized in labor law, of which he was a member for many years.
From 2002 to 2011 he was Head of the Labor Sector of Studio Associato Ambrosio & Commodo.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Labor Law Center, D. Napoletano, Piedmont Section, and Councilor of the Young Lawyers Association of Turin (AGAT).
A.G.I. – Association of Italian Labor Lawyers.
Vice President of AIDAP – Italian Association of Personal Damage.
Internationally, he is a member of the Pan-European Organization of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL).
