On March 19 and 20, the conference of the “Road Traffic Accident” and “New Lawyers Group” special interest groups of the Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL) was held in Bucharest, attended by MB.O attorneys Marco Bona, Giulia Oberto, and Edoardo Traversa.
Giulia Oberto participated in the panel discussion on “Financial Considerations in Cross-Border Road Traffic Claims,” chaired by Ian Denham, alongside colleagues George Moschos, David Sanchez Almagro, and Thomas Ricard. It was a valuable opportunity to compare insurance coverage for road traffic accidents under different European legal systems.
